Agreement

By downloading or using Nocko, an app made by OtterSpark (Nhon Nguyen), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Nocko is for

Nocko is an alarm clock for personal use. You are responsible for allowing the permissions it needs and for checking that your alarms are set for the times you want.

Alarm reliability

We work to make alarms ring on time, but alarms depend on your phone, its operating system, battery and notification settings, volume and permissions. Nocko is not a safety, medical or emergency device. Please do not rely on it as your only way to wake up for critical events, and keep a backup alarm for anything important.

Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, copy or resell the app or its sounds.
• Do not use Nocko in a way that breaks the law or harms others.
• Do not interfere with the app, our providers or their services.

Purchases

Some features, such as additional palettes and sounds, require the optional Nocko+ in-app purchase. Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms.

Our app

Nocko, its design, sounds and artwork belong to OtterSpark. You may use them inside the app for your own alarms.

No warranty

Nocko is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available or work without errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, OtterSpark is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed alarms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using Nocko at any time by deleting the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The latest version will always be on this page with the date above. Continuing to use Nocko after a change means you accept the new Terms.
