Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Nocko keeps your alarms on your device. We collect only the limited technical data needed to keep the app working, and we never sell personal information.
Who we are
Nocko is a mobile app made by OtterSpark (Nhon Nguyen). This policy explains what information Nocko handles and why. Questions can be sent to support@otterspark.xyz.
Your alarms stay on your device
The alarms you create, including times, repeat days, labels and sound choices, and your settings are stored locally on your phone. We do not upload them to our servers. Nocko has no accounts or sign-in.
Information we collect
- Crash and diagnostic data, such as error reports, device model, operating system version and app version, collected through Sentry so we can find and fix bugs.
- Purchase information from the Apple App Store or Google Play, such as product identifiers and subscription status, processed through RevenueCat so we can unlock Nocko+. We never see your payment card details.
- Messages you send to support@otterspark.xyz, including your email address and anything you attach.
Permissions
Nocko asks for permission to schedule alarms and show notifications so it can ring when your phone is locked. On Android it also uses exact alarm, full-screen notification, wake lock, vibration and restart-completed permissions so alarms ring on time, show the ringing screen and are rescheduled after your phone restarts. Nocko plays its built-in sounds and does not use your microphone, camera, contacts or location.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not show third-party ads or use advertising trackers.
- We do not use product analytics services.
- We do not collect your precise location.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
How we use information
- To run the app and unlock in-app purchases.
- To diagnose crashes and improve reliability.
- To answer support requests.
- To prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run Nocko: Apple and Google (app distribution and payments), RevenueCat (purchase management), Sentry (crash reporting) and Cloudflare (website hosting). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
Alarms and settings on your device are deleted when you delete them or uninstall Nocko. Crash reports are kept for a limited period and then removed. To ask about or delete any data we hold about you, email support@otterspark.xyz.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Nocko changes. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
